Why should I book direct rather than with an OTA (i.e. Booking.com)?

(Not applicable for group or whole house bookings)

• For individual bookings, your cancellation window is 7 days. Booking.com is 30 days.

• Your room rate will be reduced by 5% if you book by phone and pay by cash.

• There is no charge for your pet if you book by phone. If you book with Booking.com there is an additional charge of $20 per pet per night.

• Direct bookings are given priority for early check-in.

• There is no charge for a late check-out if room is not required that day.

• Check in Time: 02:00PM to 10:00PM

• Check out Time: 10:00AM

• Office hours: 09:00AM to 09:00PM

• Currency: AUD
